SSS-20 Registration & General Information

ALL ATTENDEES MUST PREREGISTER. All accepted authors, invited speakers, symposium participants, and other invited attendees must register by February 14, 2020. Participation will be open to active participants as well as interested individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations should be completed by February 28, 2020. Registrations will be accepted until March 25 via the online form, but earlier registration is preferred. The conference registration fee includes admission to one symposium, one copy of the electronic technical report, coffee breaks, and the opening reception.

Because of the revised format, AAAI is offering a 50% discount on registration for the virtual meeting of the AAAI Symposium on AI in Manufacturing Aymposium. To register, please proceed to the Spring Symposium registration form at https://cvent.me/MQBEKa. Please select the appropriate registration type (see list below) and complete all information as instructed. Before clicking the “Submit” button on the payment page, please enter the following discount code as prompted and click “Apply:" DISC50%.

AAAI Platinum Registration (Includes 1, 3, or 5 years of AAAI membership, plus the conference registration fee):

Payment Information

Payment of registration fees is required at the time of registration. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. Checks (drawn on US bank) or international money orders should be made out to AAAI. American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover are also accepted. Registration applications must be submitted online via the URL below. If you qualify for student rates, you will be asked to submit your proof of student status via the online form. The registration form is available online at the link below.

Refund Requests

The deadline for refund requests is March 6, 2020. No refunds will be granted after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing to sss20@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be levied on all refunds granted.
